When a longer pile required two or more piles could then be jointed together by applying a joint welding procedure to the end plates that firmly fixed at each tip end of the piles.

1.       PREFACE

HSI – PC Pile is made of specific concrete mixtures, applying centrifugal spun and accurate prestressed method in order to produce a high quality product of PC Pile.

It has already for years that HSI – PC Pile be applied in various big project troughout Indonesia with satisfactorily result.

2.       SPECIAL FEATURES

High Bearing Capacity

The Concrete strength of HSI – PC Pile is over 500 kg/cm², resulting that the allowable compressive strength is also higher than ordinary types of RC or PC  Pile.

High Bending Moment Resistance

The Prestress effect resist the tensile stress due to the bending moment and axial tensile stress, whereas the high strength resist the compressive stress due to the bending moment and the axial compressive stress, resulting a high bending moment to resistance to the PC  Pile.

Easy and Precise Splicing Work

The welding of Joints of the PC Piles can be easily and precisely work out even only by way of manual electric welding without using any particular splicing device. The welded joints will become as strong as the other part of the piles soon as the welding work completed.

Uniform Strength and Highly Reliable Quality

HSI – PC Pile is compacted by way of applying suitable centrifugal force of a well controlled spinning process that producing uniform and assured strength and high reliability in quality.

Prevention from Cracking
